Terms & Conditions — pk97 Platform Rules

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any bet or wager on the pk97 platform. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. pk97 takes a strict approach to age verification: CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) documentation is required before any withdrawal is processed, and pk97 reserves the right to request CNIC verification at any point during the lifetime of your account.

1. If pk97 determines at any point that you are under 21 years of age, your account will be immediately suspended and all gameplay will be stopped.
2. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment method after a compliance review is completed. No winnings, bonus funds, or promotional credits will be paid out.
3. pk97 maintains a strict anti-underage-gambling policy and will report confirmed cases to the relevant licensing authority where required by the conditions of the pk97 gaming licence.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The pk97 platform is intended for use by players in Pakistan. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the pk97 platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. pk97 makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside those expressly served by the platform.

2.3 Capacity to Contract

By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you, that you are not acting on behalf of another person, and that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one pk97 account. You may not register more than one account, regardless of whether you use different names, email addresses, device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment methods. This restriction extends to members of the same household where shared payment instruments are used.

• If duplicate accounts are detected, pk97 will close all but the earliest registered account.
• All bonuses credited to duplicate accounts will be voided, and winnings generated through bonus play on duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
• Real-money balances in closed duplicate accounts will be returned to the original payment method after a compliance review.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk97 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pk97 will treat any activity carried out using your login credentials as activity authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pk97 support immediately via live chat so that your account can be secured.

3.3 KYC Verification

pk97 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as required by its international gaming licence. You may be required to submit identity documentation including a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and proof of ownership of payment methods used on your account. pk97 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.4 Account Accuracy

All information provided during registration and KYC must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

pk97 supports the following PKR payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees. No currency conversion fees are applied by pk97 to any transaction made through these payment methods.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 500. pk97 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds by updating these Terms with reasonable notice. The current minimum deposit threshold is always displayed in the pk97 cashier at the time of transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

• Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within two to four hours during normal operating conditions.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if additional verification is required under the pk97 KYC or AML policy.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on your pk97 account, subject to the same-method and same-name requirements.
• pk97 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time. pk97 will notify you via the contact details on your account if additional checks are required.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

pk97 operates in compliance with its international gaming licence's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements. pk97 may request additional documentation or information in relation to any deposit or withdrawal transaction as part of its AML obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in transaction delays or account suspension.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the pk97 platform are subject to specific wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and minimum odds conditions that are stated on the relevant offer page at the time the offer is made available. These general Terms apply to all bonuses in addition to any offer-specific terms.

• Bonuses can only be claimed by one pk97 account per player, per household, and per payment method.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between pk97 accounts or exchanged for cash prior to the completion of applicable wagering requirements.
• pk97 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, provided that such modification does not retroactively alter the terms of a bonus already accepted and in progress.
• Where a player is found to have abused or exploited a bonus offer — including through use of multiple accounts, use of low-risk betting strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or collusion — pk97 reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New pk97 players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the pk97 welcome bonus as detailed on the promotions page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available once per player. Wagering requirements applicable to the welcome bonus must be completed within the time limit specified on the offer page.

5.3 Free Spins

Free spins awarded as part of a pk97 promotion are subject to game restrictions, minimum coin value settings, and wagering requirements applicable to any winnings generated. Free spin winnings that exceed any stated maximum conversion cap will be reduced to that cap before being credited to your withdrawable balance.

6.1 Game Availability

pk97 reserves the right to add, remove, or temporarily suspend any game, betting market, or product from the platform at any time without prior notice. Where a game is removed while a player has an active session or pending bet, pk97 will settle any affected bets in accordance with the applicable game rules.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or software failure that affects the outcome of a game round or bet, pk97 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance. pk97 is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures or third-party platform outages.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on pk97, including PSL cricket betting and other sports, are governed by the specific market rules applicable to each sport and competition type. These rules govern matters including settlement of incomplete events, postponed matches, player withdrawal markets, and in-play bet acceptance. 6.4 Maximum Payout Limits

pk97 applies maximum single-event payout limits that vary by game type and product. These limits are displayed within the applicable game or betting market. pk97 reserves the right to reduce stakes or void bets that would result in a payout exceeding applicable maximum limits, subject to reasonable notice being given where practicable.

• Registering more than one pk97 account or facilitating the registration of duplicate accounts on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with live dealer tables, or otherwise interact with the pk97 platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating betting strategies in live dealer games to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or pricing mistakes to generate winnings that would not arise under normal operating conditions. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or discoverable error will be voided.
• Using the pk97 platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or facilitate any other criminal activity. pk97 will report any suspected financial crime to the relevant authorities.
• Providing false, fabricated, or fraudulently obtained KYC documentation during the verification process.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, shared payment methods, or coordinated low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk.
• Accessing the pk97 platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law, or assisting others in doing so through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other circumvention tools.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk97 support staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.

8.1 Ownership

All content on the pk97 platform, including but not limited to the pk97 brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, and video content, is the exclusive intellectual property of pk97 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

8.2 Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk97 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the pk97 platform.

8.3 Game Content

Individual game titles available on pk97 are the intellectual property of their respective game studios and providers, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO, and Habanero, among others. All game trademarks, branding, and content remain the property of the respective studio. Your use of any game on pk97 is subject to the end-user licence conditions applicable to that game.

9.1 Platform Availability

pk97 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party infrastructure failures, and force majeure events may result in temporary service unavailability. pk97 is not liable for losses arising from periods of planned or unplanned unavailability.

9.2 Gambling Losses

Gambling involves risk. pk97 is not liable for financial losses you incur through gambling activity on the platform. By accepting these Terms and using the pk97 platform, you acknowledge that gambling is an entertainment activity and that losses are an inherent and foreseeable risk. pk97 encourages all Pakistani players to gamble responsibly and within their means. Responsible gaming tools are available at no cost to all pk97 account holders.

9.3 Third-Party Services

The pk97 platform integrates third-party services including payment processors, game studios, and live dealer studio operators. pk97 is not liable for failures, errors, or service interruptions caused by third-party service providers, except where pk97 has expressly assumed such liability in a separate written agreement.

9.4 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk97's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk97 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.1 Termination by pk97

pk97 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if pk97 reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false KYC documentation, or if continued operation of your account would expose pk97 to regulatory, legal, or financial risk. Upon termination for breach, pk97 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit your account balance as detailed in the relevant clause of these Terms.

10.2 Termination by Player

You may close your pk97 account at any time by contacting pk97 support via live chat. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any available real-money balance. Accounts cannot be closed while a withdrawal request or KYC review is pending. 10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure, your access to the pk97 platform is immediately revoked. Any bonus funds, free spins, or pending promotional credits are forfeited upon closure. Legitimate real-money balances in closed accounts (subject to completion of any pending KYC review) will be returned to the payment method on record.

11.1 Informal Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your pk97 account, a game outcome, a withdrawal, or any other aspect of the pk97 platform, you should first contact the pk97 support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. The support team will make every effort to resolve your complaint fairly and promptly, typically within 48 hours of receipt for non-complex matters.

11.2 Formal Complaints Process

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction by the support team, you may escalate it to the pk97 formal complaints process by requesting escalation in writing. Formal complaints are reviewed by a senior compliance officer within five business days. The outcome of the formal review will be communicated to you in writing via the email address on your pk97 account.

11.3 Licensing Authority Escalation

If a formal complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the pk97 internal process, you may refer the dispute to the relevant licensing authority under whose licence pk97 operates. Details of the applicable licensing authority and its dispute resolution process are available from the pk97 support team upon request.

11.4 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk97 holds its gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the complaints process described above shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
